An 6-week group coaching experience designed just for women in midlife—focused on reclaiming your strength, stabilizing your energy, and improving your health in a way that feels empowering, not punishing.
This is not about restriction or pushing through. It’s about sustainable change with compassion, support, and expert guidance.

Start strong with personalized goal-setting and visioning so you know exactly what you're working toward — and why it matters to you now.
Weekly Group Coaching Calls
Each call combines focused education on midlife wellness with powerful hot-seat coaching, so you leave clear, supported, and inspired to take action.
Planning Support
We’ll help you turn intentions into doable actions, with weekly support to create a plan that fits your real life (and actually sticks).
Strength Building Classes
Choose from livestream or on-demand strength classes created for midlife women. Resistance training with personal trainer Sara Rollo, using dumbbells and reistance bands.
1 Private Onboarding Session

Women who can’t currently carve out 30–60 minutes/day for themselves (this program is about creating time for your own growth—even in small ways)
People who aren’t interested in learning about resistance training or changing body composition (we’ll be focusing on increasing bone and muscle strength as part of the process)
Anyone who is unable to eat lactose-free dairy, meat, or seafood (this round includes sample meal plans and recipes that assume these are available—stay tuned for future plant-based rounds post-pilot!)
